    • How quickly do orders ship? Most orders leave our apothecary within 1-3 business days unless otherwise noted.

    • Do you ship internationally? Currently, Plant Alchemy Botanicals ships within the United States only. If you're located elsewhere and interested in our offerings, we’d love to hear from you.

      Will I receive tracking? Absolutely. Once your order leaves the apothecary, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.

    • What if my order arrives damaged?
      If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging so we can make it right.
